Shayne, our Operations Manager, ensures our teams are exceptionally trained and ready to perform all services to the highest standards. Shayne’s plethora of experience in practising leading education in the hairdressing industry alongside her deep insight on team management makes her an outstanding asset. With an ability to passionately inspire and coach our amazing team of hairdressers through education, Epic stylists are truly supported.
With a team of over 8 qualified hairdressers available to take care of your booking process and monitoring salon experiences, Michelle supports Madison in coordinating the call centre team and managing bookings across all 15 salons. Michelle’s strong experience in management and leadership contributes to the salons smoothly run day today.
